50% Non – refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. No dates will be set aside or held open without your booking fee.

Booking will be confirmed once payment of the booking fee and signed copy of contract has been received by Blazing Beauty

Final payment is due in full 14 days prior to the event 


A cancellation can be made at any point. The 50% non-refundable deposit will not refunded. 


A start and end time will be arranged and scheduled and a timeline sent to the client.

The clients are required to please stick to the timeline.

Kindly note that each service requires a certain minimum amount of time to be completed.

If you arrive late on the day of the event, please note that we can unfortunately not work faster to make up for lost time.

An hourly rate is applicable if we are required to go over the finishing time on the timeline as a result of the client being late.

Any additional services or extra people outside this timeline and the agreed upon services will only be performed at the discretion of the Artist.


Any skin condition or allergies should be reported by the client to the artist prior to the service.

If a client has a serious skin/health condition, the artist will have to discontinue the service due to hygiene complications.


Blazing Beauty shall be responsible for sub-contracting additional Makeup Artists/Hair Stylists/Assistants for large parties in order to perform the services required in an appropriate time frame in accordance with the Services provision.

You will be provided with the services of another artist if the booked artist cannot personally provide you with services for your event due to a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the artist’s control.
